A note to all riders; Please see 'Updates' page, BHS or BRC website for new rules on hat and body
protector standards. These are relevant if you are riding at any of our NRRC Riding Club Rallys,
Clinics, NRRC Riding Club competitions, Local competitions or Area 4 competitions your hat and
body protector will need to comply with the new safety standards brought in in 2018.

PLEASE PLEASE NOTE:
If you are wanting to compete at any of the above competitions the relevant attached entry form MUST
be completed IN FULL. The details we ask for on the forms are all needed to process your entry to
BRC and Area 4. Entries CAN NOT be processed if the form isn’t complete. Please check your
forms are readable and the horse’s vaccinations adhere to the 6 month and 21 day rule.

If you enter the qualifier please make sure you are available to compete at the Championships.

You need to EMAIL your entry form, subject of email to be the event and rider and horse
name (NOT messenger), (1 form per entry, 1 helper per entry) and a copy of

• the front cover of your horses passport
• the microchip page
• all flu vac pages

Sorry if the above seems harsh but to keep the sanity of the volunteers who do the entries for us
we need to be methodical and organised, there are a lot of forms to fill in by the entries secretary
